  • Advised on brand development and positioning, and on marketing strategy for the launch of Tate Modern and Tate Britain. Built partnerships that established Tate as a global cultural brand while exceeding visitor targets.

  • Played a key role in repositioning Selfridges through a major art programme and large-scale cultural events. Led campaigns that increased footfall, drove sales and
    reshaped perceptions.

  • Director responsible for brand, communications, digital, design and commercial strategy, strengthening profile, audience engagement and commercial performance and contributing to the Gallery’s transformation and new identity.

  • Negotiated a series of sponsorship campaigns for major exhibitions, overseeing brand, marketing, partnerships, PR and activations, including a major exhibition of Chinese contemporary art.

  • Developed brand strategy and positioning, overseeing communications and partnerships to establish Somerset House as a leading cultural destination and hub for the creative industries.

  • Led strategy, identity, marketing and communications for Debate London, a major public programme at Tate Modern bringing together leading voices to debate the future of the city, delivering high-profile visibility and capacity audiences

  • Led marketing and partnerships for Africa 05, a nationwide programme of contemporary African arts, developing the campaign, securing sponsorship and coordinating cross-sector collaborations to achieve high visibility and wide public engagement.
